Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  • All withdrawal request must be made in writing via (email or letter) and include: Name of the program, reason for the withdrawal, participant's name and address. 
  • There will be a $20 processing fee for all withdrawals.
  • When withdrawing from a program, Refund requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program in order to receive a refund.
  • If the request for withdrawal is less then 5 days prior to the start of a program then you will receive a credit to your account and no refund will be given.
  • After the start of a program there will be no refunds or credits given.
  • If a program is cancelled by the Recreation Dept, a full refund will be issued and no fee will be charged.
  • Refund checks take approximately 2-3 weeks to reach you via mail. Note: payments made by credit card are also refunded by check.
  • There are no refunds for activities that require a uniform or jersey after it is ordered.
  • Refunds for extenuating circumstances will be determined on a case by case basis.
