Total Body Circuit

The total body circuit workout targets every muscle in your body as well as muscle specific moves. You'll perform each exercise one after the other for a complete circuit for a short efficient workout.

Please bring a mat, 5 or 10 pound weight and a water bottle.

Certified personal trainer Lisa Cossette is the instructor.
