If you’ve ever thought about becoming a runner or running again after taking years off here is your opportunity!
This adult program is designed to get you off the couch or away from the desk and ready to run a 5K (3.1 miles).
In this 10 week program which is catered to beginners you will progress from a walker to a runner.
We will meet as a group once a week and you will be given specific instructions for running other days of the week on your own.
Workouts will be followed with stretching and advice about running and nutrition.
