With the Super Bowl party in Atlanta this year I found inspiration in the south's warming comfort food and Georgia's iconic ingredients for my Super Bowl party class menu.

This year's menu is super versatile...and features some traditional favorites using a ton of the summer season’s awesome produce and ingredients! Andrea will have her gas grill on site and highlight some really fun techniques & ingredients, go over my do's and dont's of grilling, and as always we will get to enjoy everything I make and you will go home with the recipes to make the items at your summer gatherings again and again ??. She will have her meat grinder on hand to show you and talk to you about grinding your own meat for burgers AND for those of you who prefer to buy your meat already ground- Andrea will have a list of resources of where to buy the best ground beef.
